This past weekend I made my first trip to Elkin, North Carolina to explore the area. After taking a nice hike along the Elkin & Alleghany Rail-Trail. I ventured into the downtown area and noticed this bridge that was built in 1899 was listed a photo opportunity on their map. With this still being an active rail line, I carefully framed this shot and gave it a vintage look in post processing
